Location: Kuala Kubu Baru, Selangor
Adventure description (class 2+ to 4+ during normal water flow, some 5 during high water). This is the whitewater experience in Malaysia and will be challenged by its superb yet, steep and technical rapids. Generally, the river flows in abundance through spectacularly beautiful riverine flora and fauna, a result of the high rainfall and relatively undisturbed catchments. Still in a pristine and natural state in most places especially in the upstream reaches, they gush continuously throughout the year. It also acts as the people’s playground by providing recreational opportunities as well as posing challenges to the intrepid travellers and the adventure-seekers (i.e. river tubing, whitewater rafting and kayaking). For the nature lover or thrill seeker, rafting enthusiast or active kayaker, there is an unforgettable experience awaiting you.
